3-Year or 4-Year Graduate Entry Programme
- SSU in Ukraine welcomes applications for the 3-Year or 4-Year Graduate Entry Medicine Programme with candidates required to have a Bachelor’s Degree in a science-related field, e.g. Biomedical Science.
- The programme modules are all taught in English with studies commencing in Year Three or Year Four of SSU 6-Year Undergraduate Medicine.
- Students are not required to sit entrance exams however eligibility is assessed based on application documents and submission of analytical academic transcripts.
- SSU is renowned for a rigorous pedagogical framework in line with EU standards consisting of pre-clinical and clinical modules taught on-campus, in hospitals, and a range of professional medical settings.

How do the SME Clinical Rotations in the UK, Ireland, Canada, USA & Australia work?

- SME offers SSU students the special opportunity to complete international clinical rotations for up to three years in medical hospitals and facilities abroad.
- The rotations are in line with the SSU clinical modules matched by SME placements in professional settings in Canada, the USA, Australia, Ireland, and the UK.
- SSU students must apply directly to SME for the rotations with submission of the following documents:
○ Rotations preferences consisting of the location, department, and duration of the placement, as well as their CV.
○ An official authorised confirmation from their SSU Professor who coordinates their programme. - Places in the international regions are limited therefore SME assesses and approves applications in order of submission and based on the ability to match the student.

What is the Graduate Entry Assessment Process?

- SME facilitates the application and entry to Graduate Medicine Programmes in Ukraine for graduates with a Bachelor’s Degree in a science-related field with no entrance exams for successful applicants.
- SME Assesses applications to the Graduate Programme with the following steps:
- Completion of the due diligence process on behalf of the medical university
- Comparison of the transcripts of the students from their past studies with the study programme of the medical university
- Submission of the comparison for approval to both the respective ministry of education and the medical university itself.
