  • The programme is structured in line with EU standards for medical studies and SEU is renowned for its progressive pedagogy taught in global cooperation with universities and medical clinicals.
  • The six-year programme is structured into: two years of theoretical medicine, one year of preclinical modules, and the final three years involve clerkships and clinical rotations with exposure to advanced medical practice.

+ The 4-Year Graduate Entry Medicine Programme
  • The SEU 4-Year Graduate Medicine Programme is open to applicants with a Bachelor’s Degree (BSc) in a science-related field.
  • The graduate programme involves accelerated study over four years instead of six, with all modules studied in English commencing in year three of the undergraduate course.
  • While there are no entry exams for successful applicants, SEU requires candidates to submit analytical academic transcripts with their application paperwork.
  • The graduate programme is very competitive with SEU part of the Erasmus project and many other international networks which attracts many students and faculty members from abroad.
  • Graduate medicine is structured into preclinical modules for one year then students progress to three years of clinical rotations in Georgian hospitals and clinics plus the opportunity to complete international rotations in holidays breaks.

+ Admission to Georgian National University

Applicants must provide the following information:

  1. An application which includes the following details: bio, education history and course for which you are applying.
  2. A copy of your secondary education results with subjects studied.
  3. Documents from your home country confirming that you are authorised to study in Georgia.
  4. Two small photos of 4-5cm.

All documents need to be translated into Georgian to satisfy state directives.
