After a Ukrainian medical university receives a candidate’s application documents, the university issues a formal “Letter of Acceptance”. Then is then followed by the “Certificate of The Right to Study”, which is issued by the “Ministry of Education and Science”. Subsequently, a student can then pay the first instalment of their annual/semi-annual tuition fees and register with the university. The “Letter of Acceptance” is required so that potential candidates can apply for a Visa to be issued, in order for them to be able to study in Ukraine.
