RCVS Registration after Brexit

RCVS Registration after Brexit

The Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons (RCVS) has announced, that after the end of the Brexit transition period on 31 December 2020, it will continue to register veterinary surgeons, with degrees from universities recognised by The European Association of Establishments for Veterinary Education (EAEVE).

Veterinary surgeons with degrees from EAEVE schools can apply to register with the RCVS if the school was approved or accredited at the time that they gained their qualification, whilst those whose degrees were obtained from schools that are no longer registered or do not appear on the list will be required to sit the RCVS’ Statutory Examination for Membership to enable their registration.
