Transfers from Ukrainian Universities

Transfers from Ukrainian Universities

Due to fears caused by the substantial build-up of Russian military on Ukraine’s eastern borders, SME is happy to offer students a complimentary application to continue their studies at another European Medical University.

As a result of the danger posed by the recent military tensions and the unstable security situation in the south-east, the UK Government has issued Official Travel Advice to British citizens, warning against travel to the country. British Consular support is also not available in some areas. This map shows the classification of cities in red (‘Advise against all travel’) and yellow (‘Advise against all but essential travel’) zones.

Due to the highly volatile and fast-moving situation, it is highly recommended that students currently studying in the red zones or cities within 200 miles of Ukraine’s eastern border, such as Dnipro, Zaporizhzhya, Kharkiv etc. consider leaving the country immediately.

SME understands the need for students to continue their studies in a safe environment. As such, SME is offering a transfer for Medical and Dentistry students to one of our partner Universities. To initiate the transfer process, it is necessary to obtain an official transcript from your current University, listing all the enrolled subjects and the number of credits or hours for each.
