NVU Opens a UK Campus

We are happy to announce that New Vision University (NVU), Georgia is opening a modern campus in Derby, UK.

As part of its expansion plans to offer medical education in England, NVU has secured a 44,000 square foot, Gothic-style building in Derby. Built in 1876 with additions in 1899 and designed by F. W. Waller of Waller & Son, Gloucester, this building was originally the Municipal Technical College and was used as a College of Art before it subsequently became part of the University of Derby. The address of the building is Green Lane, Derby DE1 1RX.

NVU is implementing an ambitious programme of renovations and new construction that will transform the building and further enhance the educational experience of the students. Students will benefit from a 21st-century campus including modern teaching auditoriums to increase student engagement and learning outcomes as well as state-of-the-art labs in an intentional effort to bolster the integration of research and high-quality education.

The new campus will be ready to accept the first medical and dental students in 2021. Contact SME to secure your name on the waiting list as places will be allotted on a first-come, first-served basis.
