Court rules in favour of SME’s appeal against Medical Life Studies
Following the warning announcement on the top part of our site published in July 2016 regarding a ”company” that copied our content and logo, we would now like to inform you that after starting legal actions against them, the competent court has ruled in favour of SME’s legal proceedings, having issued the following judgement on Tuesday, January 24th 2017. According to decision No 865/2017, the legal appeal launched by SME has been won, while Medical Life Studies (MLS) is obliged to cease the function of their website on the one hand and on the other hand is prohibited to make use of any of the content available on our corporate website, www.studymedicineeurope.com, in whole or in part, not only in electronic or printed form, but also in any other way possible.
The successful outcome of this legal battle is only the first among a series of ongoing litigations against the aforementioned company which will be taken all the way until the matter has been successfully resolved.
