Spring Relocation to Caucasus International University
March entry is always in high demand for Caucasus International University by students that are ready and willing to start their studies and do not want to wait until fall. We are there to assist them fulfill their needs and goals making sure they begin their new venture as they have planned.
On March 10th 2019, the SME team was at the Tbilisi airport to greet the students relocating to Georgia to start their medical studies at Caucasus International University. They were escorted to their temporary hotel accommodations for the week and once they were settled in, they were gathered for a presentation about the week to come. After the presentation they were assisted with the filling out of paperwork to be able to acquire a bank account, a SIM card and also register at the university and receive their ID.
Part of the week’s program included the students being accompanied by the SME Team to accomplish the necessary tasks, find an apartment, and most importantly have a tour of the University. At the end of the week, after verifying that there were no loose ends, SME held a relaxing thank you dinner party for students and their families.
The SME team reassured all new students that they will be by their side for the full duration of their studies and not only. Once they become doctors they will be there to congratulate and assist in the transition back home as well as in registering with the Medical Council and also prepare a professional CV.
