2019 Kiev Medical University Video Highlights
Here at SME, it gives us great pleasure to share with you feedback and highlights from our students who are currently studying abroad at Kiev University in the Ukraine.
Looking after our students is what we do best here at SME, we work together to ensure students are looked after every step of the way towards achieving their dream of studying medicine or dentistry. Moving to another country can be quite daunting at first, so we make that experience and transition as easy as possible by assisting with all the relocation process and the necessary information that is required when arriving in Ukraine.
When our students arrive at Kyiv Boryspil International Airport, they are greeted by our well-respected country manager and transported to their hotel. SME provides a briefing with an agenda and there’s a very busy week ahead for everyone. Students were assisted with completing all the necessary paperwork in order to open a bank account, receive a new SIM card, register for their residency permits, get health insurance and most importantly register at the university. Finally, priority assistance was given to secure their private accommodations by our helpful real estate agents, and students were able to call somewhere home.
SME wanted everyone to feel welcomed and at home in their new surroundings, therefore a city tour of Kiev was enjoyed and followed by a group dinner where we wanted to wish everyone all the very best with their studies and new ventures.
SME promises to continue their support with all our students and throughout their years of study until completion and graduation. We will assist with student’s transition back home, including registering with the UK or US Medical Council and preparation of their professional CVs.
