Students can study medicine in Belarus with a 6-Year Undergraduate Programme:

Undergraduate Programme – 6-Year Medicine Course
  • This Belarus undergraduate medicine programme commences in October.
  • All modules in Belarus are taught in English.
  • Students study on-campus at the Belarus universities and complete clinical modules at state hospitals and medical facilities.
  • There are no entry exams or pre-requisites other than the application documents.
  • Undergraduate medicine is structured into a six-year course of study:
    • Years One to Two: pre-clinical modules with lectures, seminars, medical equipment training and scientific laboratories
    • Years Three to Five: clinical modules and rotations including lectures and medical facility training
    • Year Six: state clinical internship and final exams to qualify as a Doctor of Medicine (MD)
  • Belarussian universities have a medicine curriculum designed to progressively teach students theoretical and clinical medical knowledge and skills.
  • In Belarus, students can apply to study undergraduate medicine at Gomel State Medical University.

Applicants must provide the following information:
  1. An application which includes the following details: bio, education history and course for which you are applying.
  2. A copy of your secondary education results with subjects studied.
  3. Documents from your home country confirming that you are authorised to study in Belarus.
  4. Two small photos of 4-5cm.

All documents need to be translated into Belarussian to satisfy state directives.
