Study Medicine Europe on the BBC News

Since Study Medicine Europe is recruiting a growing number of students to European medical universities, BBC wanted to know what it is that attracts students to these European countries, so their crew caught up with one of one of SME’s student recruitment managers Aris Grigoriou along with students of SME that currently study in Varna Medical University.

Students Zahara Assad and Shahswar Arif decided to study abroad after they get turned down by medical schools in the UK because of fierce competition and very limited number of available places.

Vice Rector of Varna Medical University, Prof. Albena Kerekovska also commented on the growing number of foreign students in the University saying she is sure they will all successfully complete the course since they are all highly motivated.

Of course, Study Medicine Europe is doing its share of making medical studies in Europe popular around the globe with Open Days where people have the opportunity to find out firsthand what it is really like to study medicine in these countries.
